SHIPPING POLICY
J Borst Knives takes great care to make sure each customer is happy with their purchase.
Every order is sent by An Post postal service, registered and insured.
A tracking number will sent the same day it is posted.
Delivery times vary depending on where you live.
We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes entering any non EU country through customs.
We will clearly state on the customs form the full value and description of the item.
Please contact me first if you would like an item sent by express post as there will be an additional charge.
RETURN POLICY
The customer is responsible for any return fees. Returns have to be made within 14 days of purchase.
Any items that are returned must be sent back in the same condition that they arrived in.
If an item is damaged on return the money will not be refunded.
